Really lovely hotel. Stayed for 2 nights at the end of October. All the staff were really friendly and helpful, my room was very clean and comfortable. Good food. A small car park on site made it really convenient too. Would definitely stay here again

We went with a friend for lunch midweek and were surprised to see that we were the only ones in the dining room, there were however other guests in the lounge area. We were seated in a very bright and airy dining room, a nice place to be. The lunch menu was not large but there were still enough nice things to choose from. We had the Baba Ganoush to start, the hand made tortilla chips were really nice. Our mains were also very good. I had the house special burger, my wife had the seafood spaghetti and our friend had the squid. We all enjoyed our meals very much. The waitress was also good. I would definitely recommend a visit. I think because this is slightly away from the town centre, not so many bother visiting, this is a mistake!!

Such a lovely hotel.
Room was average size, really warm and cosy, nice big shower. Bed and pillows are super comfy and cosy.
Breakfast is very good. Lots of variety, served very quickly and good portions and tasty.

We were staying at the hotel as part of our 5th Wedding Anniversary celebrations. Nothing to say against the room, it was perfect for our 1 night stay. Breakfast in the morning was excellent, i went off the norm of the fry up and had spicy beans & tomato, it was delicious.
Thanks for all the staff for being attentive and recommendations on the gin!!

Room tip: You might want top floor room so you don't have the noise from above, found all the floorboards were creaky!!
