We couldn't have left happier after our evening at Cafe Mauresque. The food was excellent. We had the seafood platter & lamb-shanks tangine. The lamb was tender with a rich fig sauce. The waiting staff were charming and efficient. We enjoyed the nostalgia of the Gypsy Kings soundtrack and the North African inspired decor - the dark interior enlivened by attractive decorative tiles - as my daughter said at the end of the night it felt like we'd been transported away somewhere.
