Old beams, creaky floorboards and old charm.
Staff friendly and welcoming.
Wifi very flakey.
Breakfasts are excellent.
Parking, is plentiful, but approaches were for old coaches not modern wide cars
Be very careful
Well situated on the high st close to everything.
Would stay again if in the area.

Very nice room, good food. But not a peaceful place on a Saturday night, dining room was taken over for a function and we were crammed into a very full and noisy bistro. Service was slow as a result. Business clearly good!
The other strange thing was that though we booked an agreed price for dinner, B&B, the dinner amount was replaced by the actual costs. This might have been in the small print but I wasn't aware of it. It seemed a bit sharp to us.
Overall D, B&B at £340 or so for two was pretty expensive and compared with £260 when booked.

Room Tip: Room was great, but the public rooms were chaotic and loud. Breakfast was however peaceful with excellent service and nice staff.

Used the spa on a day rate and really relaxed using the facilities. Located in the heart of Ledbury which is extremely convenient, the swimming pool, steam room and jacuzzi was a welcome break and well worth a visit. Yes the changing rooms are snug as reported by some, but also very functional. This spa is worth a visit if you want to take a day or two to relax and then have lunch after in this charming period hotel.

We are naturally concerned to read about this experience and have promptly sent 2 direct messages to express our genuine apology, and to better understand what happened and when. Despite our efforts, we have had no reply. As professional and seasoned hoteliers, we love to see all of our guests happy and relaxed. We always listen carefully and assure you of our full attention.

I was fortunate enough to eat at The Feathers twice in two days last week. That must tell you something about how confident I felt about the food to eat lunch with friends on one day and return for dinner on my wedding anniversary the following day. I wasn't disappointed and the dark chocolate pecan pie (which I had on both days, despite not being a chocoholic) was particularly good. We find that the food is consistently of a high standard, the surroundings attractive in a historic and characterful setting and the atmosphere excellent. We also find the service prompt and always friendly.
