“Close to Southampton City”

The apartment is easy to find as it is set back slightly from one of the main roads into Southampton. It is fairly well sound proofed although I am not sure if you would be able to sit on the little terrace. The second bedroom did not seem to be so well sound proofed.
The apartment we had, had two double bedrooms and I assumed it would accommodate 4 persons. The dinning table only came with 3 chairs, so we had to use the chair from outside and some of the glasses and cutlery were a mismatch.
The kitchen did have a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. We did take provisions with is but forget to take salt and pepper. Most apartments I have stayed in people have left items- this was not the case.
To improve the apartment, it needs a bedside table lamp in the main bedroom - my 86 yr old mum luckily had a torch. The main bathroom has no mirror and a chair would have been handy to put your clothes on. There is plenty of wardrobe space in the two bedrooms.
Would I stay here again - possibly. Ideal for a base for visiting Southampton uni or the New Forest.
