Lovely cosy cottage. Everything there that you could want for a few days stay. Loved the bottle of wine in the fridge ready when we arrived. Excellent location a few minutes walk to all the amenities Winchcombe has to offer.Cottage in a lovely quiet location and courtyard position made it very private. Parking place was also a definate plus here.

Just returned from 4 days in The Cotswolds and stayed at Anvil Cottage. A lovely cottage that felt like a real home from home. Beautifully presented, great attention to detail and Julia the owner was very accommodating, even down to a bottle of wine in the fridge on arrival. Can't recommend this place enough. Only hope there will availability for my next trip!

Anvil Cottage is a great base station, close to all the main parts we wanted to go to,lovely town center about 3 mins walk, local shop about 3-5 mins walk(depending on which way you go),pubs with-in 5 mins walk-The Corner Cupboard pub is lovely and does food you understand, the others seem to want to cater for those who know about food,me I just want it in plain English

We had an amazing weekend here. The cottage is beautiful and set in a lovely location. The village has some fab shops and pubs with lovely gardens! There is lots to see and do around the cottage.

The cottage itself was very clean and everything you could need is there. Very pleased and would go back again.

We had a lovely weekend stay in Anvil Cottage. It is extremely well equipped and furnished to an exceptional standard, from the bedding to the luxuriously soft towels.
When staying here you are conveniently located just a couple of minutes walk from the town centre which has everything you could need. Here we enjoyed a great meal and some local ale at the Wine and Sausage.
We visited the stunning Sudeley Castle which is a pleasant 10 minute walk away and is a must visit.
We would without doubt recommend the cottage to anyone wanting to stay in the gorgeous area of Winchcombe.
