The food here is excellent, not cheap, but you should go away very pleased with what you have eaten and the atmosphere where you where.

Good atmosphere and good food along with a fine mezzanine level cocktail bar. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Recommended.

Visited this elegant restaurant on a busy Saturday night
Gin and tonic to start in the bar which were very nice and not expensive
Then taken down into the restaurant
Given menus to muse over
Service I found was a little slow and had to ask a member of staff to take our orders
Enjoyed a well made soufflé to start
And my partner had a very tasty and hot soup
The bread should of arrived before starter but came after
Both went for the lamb dish
Again well presented and tasty
Washed down with a reasonably priced bottle of red wine
All in all an enjoyable evening
Only a couple of things service was a little slow and where we sat was nearest the door so a little breezy

Booked by my husband for my birthday, I was a bit nervous as our last visit a couple of years ago wasn’t amazing, but our evening was absolutely perfect!

Welcomed and shown to a booth for 2 at the back of the restaurant. Attentive service, guidance on the menu, fabulous ambiance.

We had the chateaubriand which was divine, the accompaniments were delicious and we felt well and truly full after eating!

To top off a lovely evening, the waiter bought over a birthday treat! (See pic!).

Perfect - we’ll be visiting again.
