Perfectly situated for a stroll into the beautiful Rye. Lovely sunny garden and patio for eating al fresco. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped and dog friendly!
Would happily stay there again.
Stayed in the garden flat for several days as it was classed as dog friendly.
This place is in need of an overhaul, a good clean and some general maintenance.
The bedrooms are very small and there is hardly an room to move (you have go sideways down the edge of the bed to get in and out).
It is very noisy as on a main road so would not recommend it if you're a light sleeper.
Not a great experience!
Pleasant accommodation although really too small for 4 adults and a toddler. Second bedroom very tight, you can hardly stand up when getting out of bed.
The garden is nice but the table and furniture were covered in seagull lime which took considerable scrubbing to remove .
The people in the flat above were extremely noisy and arguing which led to the woman being thrown out onto the street in the middle of the night
Stayed for a weekend in this apartment. Very clean and is equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Near to all the amenities Rye has to offer, with the added bonus of an allocated parking space. Excellent communication from owners, with tea, coffee and a few essentials (including a bottle of wine) waiting for us on arrival.
Well situated for the town, can walk everywhere. Quite busy road but not too noisy at night.
Probably the cleanest place I have rented, with some nice little touches.
