Stayed in the Noel Cowell room, wow what a room it’s massive, comfy super king sized bed, the largest spa bath I have ever seen. Plus separate shower cubicle, overlooking the i360 whole of the front and pier. Second visit, will definitely be back.

Pros: Staff were friendly and nice. The location is very convenient, near the beach, 10 min walking to the pier.
Cons: We booked a sea view room but got the ground floor room which made the sea view not usable as I needed to close the curtain to avoid people at the outdoor bar just in front of my windows. The decoration looks old. Noisy at night.

It was a really good weekend in this hotel. The view from our comfortable room was spectacular, the breakfasts delicious and the staff make the place - laid back, efficient and very friendly. They also recommended a traditional quirky pub close by - The Lion and Lobster.

Great little hotel, clean, polite staff and not far from shops. Only gripe, we would have like a sea front view - but got a back room looking at the kitchen of the Grand. No big deal really - just preference :)
Would Def recommend!

Had a great stay at The Granville. Started off with a very generous upgrade (for a nominal fee) to 'The Balcony' room overlooking the seafront. Very spacious room and fab jacuzzi bath. Tidy and whilst there may be the odd minor 'touch-up' needed overall the room was spotless and very comfortable. Staff were very courteous and helpful from Justin in reception/restaurant manager to Lori and Aga in the bar/restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble and always done with a smile.
Decided to eat at Smokeys the hotel's restaurant and that was a real treat if you like American Smoked BBQ food. The pulled pork and slow smoked brisket were divine. Lori and Aga were great and the food delicious and plentiful ... especially as you get 10% off food if you're a resident of the hotel.
Fantastic location for Brighton and all the attractions ... I'll definitely be returning to The Granville as my first choice.
