This apartment was everything I had hoped and more. Central but not noisey elevated apartment was a big luxury but worth it,I can’t walk large distances so it was great just to relax and take in the view when I was unable to go out .James was friendly and would have helped out if needed.
My wife, grown son and I stayed here christmas week 2017. Everything about this property is attractive. I should perhaps start with James the owner; he met us at the apartment, rescuing us from a lost cab driver, and showed us around the place, giving us many useful tips about the area - he was wonderful.
The pictures are very accurate; the place is bright and comfortable, with the sea visible from all rooms. The kitchen and bathrooms are clean and very modern, and the kitchen is perfect (including the many condiments that James supplies.) There are two excellent bedrooms with very comfortable beds.
The living space is a great place to just hang out and read, or to watch t.v. You will not be disappointed by this property - I strongly recommend it. In short you'll get a great town, a wonderful property, and an extremely helpful owner.

These guys really know their stuff and go out of their way to ensure that your stay is on par with any 5 star establishment.
We booked a different flat owned by James but a previous renter liked it so much he stayed on so James upgraded us to this Penthouse flat.
We had booked to celebrate our Golden Wedding Anniversary and were met by James who showed the flat to us. He was very welcoming. The flat itself is very well equipped . There are two bathrooms each with walk in showers, and one with a bath.
The kitchen includes Cooker, Microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker plus loads of crockery and cutlery.
Two bedrooms; one with a large double and one with two singles, both with lots of wardrobe space.
The Living area includes a dining section and has a Smart TV with contract with Netflix.
Outside the living room is a terrace with seating which has 180 degree views over Brighton including a view of the I360 and great sea views and , at this time of year both sunrise and sunsets.
Outside the flat and through a gate is the main shopping street, with a Coop opposite, a Sainsbury’s close by and a Waitrose just beyond that. Many restaurants are close by and if you want to cater for yourself, the most amazing fruit and veg shop.
I would certainly have no difficulty recommending this flat to someone looking for a quiet break but I would not think it suitable for children being on the top floor with a terrace.
