stayed here twice now ,in the same apartment.it has great views and seems in a quiet area.decent places to eat ,handy pub and local supermarket .the apartment could do with a bit of tlc.nothing major ,little things like patio doors need a tug to open, toilet seat loose, toilet buttons loose on wall.couple of doors not shutting properly .dish washer was broken, but i note was left not that we was going to use it.big tv in bedroom was great except wouldnt pick up any stations so was pointless.all silly little things but when paying good money ,should be right
Booked for the Brighton Marathon weekend. Check-in was easy and swift. We needed two parking spaces which was resolved really quickly. The garage that comes with the apartment was rather small for our car, but the other car fitted well.
The apartment is up several flights of stairs and is split into two floors. Bedrooms on the lower and living on the upper, so if you have mobility issues, this is not the place for you.
There are 3 beds, each one can have its own bathroom, two en-suite one family, this suited our needs really well and they were very comfortable. The kitchen amenities were adequate, we didn't really use them too much, found the hob hard to get going, so if you wanted to cook at home more often, you'd need to spend a little more time figuring it out. We did find that there were only 6-8 of most things maximum, so we ran out of things quick as we had visitors while we were there too.
It is well situated, within a very short walk of the restaurants, bars and supermarket. But it was still fairly quiet, didn't really get disturbed by noise from other Marina users.
The balconies were great, nice large ones, the outdoor furniture wasn't the best, but it was nice to spend a bit of time enjoying the sunshine.
Would recommend.
