Flat 1, great little location, adjacent to shops, restaurants and sea front. Clean and tidy house with a fully kitted out kitchen (salt, pepper, sugar, tea & coffee, even some crisps:-), pleasant decor throughout, suitable for our dog too.
Dedicated parking slot with lockable barrier to ensure you can park outside your apartment, we parked a VW Tiguan and it was OK.
Stephen is very communicative and his guidance was spot on.
Reasonable charges for our visit and the time of year too.
If we get the chance and its available again, we would definitely like to go back.

This is a very nice apartment. Clean and spacious with everything that you need for a home away from home holiday . Excellent communication with the owner Stephen who supplied all the details that were needed to locate the property and gain entry . The secure parking is an added bonus . The apartment is within short walking distance to the beach , bars , theatres and restaurants but is still very quiet and relaxing . You also have easy access to the surrounding areas like Sandbanks , Studland and Swanage . Nothing at all to complain about everything was perfect .

My sister and I stayed in apartment 1 and when we walked in, we felt at home.
It was quite cold outside, but inside it was warm and cosy.
The place is very comfortable and spacious and much nicer than the pictures show.
The kitchen is a good size with everything you need such as a washing machine, dish washer, oven, gas cooker, refrigerator, freezer, microwave and many more kitchen utensils. In this apartment you find everything you need for a comfortable and wonderful stay.
At the back of the property you have a save car park. The property is secured by an electric gate.
Only a few meters away you find a bus stop, where you can start exploring the region (if you don’t want to use a car).
The beach and town are both within a walking distance of only a few minutes.
The sandy and clean beach goes on for about 12 kilometer. The town is lovely and you find many good restaurants, shops and lots of other things to do.
We would definitely recommend Farthings for a quiet and comfortable stay in Bournemouth.

The flat is large and clean with all the amenities we needed. Although near a busy(ish) road was quiet.
