“Great little Cottage”
Reviewed 26 July 2016 for a stay in July 2016

Great little Cottage, lovely décor, spotlessly clean and good value. The complimentary welcome basket was very useful and a nice touch. In a quiet location but only a stones throw from a great range of small shops (inc a Patisserie and a Deli) & Cafés. Only 10 mins walk to the sea at Anstey's Cove which has a small Café. I would definitely stay there again, it is a credit to the owners. You can't park outside, which wasn't an issue for us and I had no problem finding somewhere to park nearby. If I had to be really picky and find a fault, it would be the absence of a small table and chairs.

“Lovely place to stay”
Reviewed 16 July 2016 for a stay in July 2016

Lovely place to stay, clean, modern .bread and milk on arrival. The only 1 downside for us was no dining table and chairs, which wasn't great with 2 young children. Would stop a
Here again but maybe when they are older and would sit with a tray on there laps.

“Great base to explore Torquay”
Reviewed 15 July 2016 for a stay in June 2016

Had a great 3 night stay in the Mews in June.
The cottage was clean, bright and housed everything we needed during our stay.
The house looks recently renovated and looked great. With Wi-Fi, plenty of DVDs / Books, a safe and a Blu Ray player the Mews was full of the essentials.

Bedroom
The bedroom was well furnished with one of the most comfortable beds I have every slept in.

Bathroom
The bathroom was spacious, clean and well furnished.

Kitchen
The kitchen was fully equipped with oven, fridge, toaster, microwave and all cooking utensils.

Location
The Mews is located in a small village called Wellswood. around a 20 minutes walk intoTorquay Centre. Wellswood itself was home to a number of small shops including a restaurant, a Co-Op and a post office.

During our stay at the Mews we managed to visit the costal zoo, Kents Cavern (a prehistoric cave 2 minutes walk from the Mews!), wine tasting and walk along the South Western Path to Ansteys Cove.

Would highly recommend and would stay here again should we visit Torquay!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ilsham Mews. The cottage was spotless and the complimentary welcome basket was lovely. The location was quiet with a nice selection of shops and cafes just around the corner including a great pub 2 minutes walk away. Would definitely recommend.
