Ate here before heading off to the firework championships. What a wonderful experience. We watched this place being refurbished and walked past it most days so eagerly awaited its opening. Sadly we left Plymouth before it opened but soooo delighted to get a chance to eat here.
Inside is really quite beautifully done. It is full of atmosphere with tables set in discreet areas so you never feel on top of other diners.
The staff were really attentive without being in your face which led to a lovely dining experience.
The menu was well balanced with something for everyone and reasonably priced. Lovely touch with the way the wine list is put together in a scrap book which was really rather interesting.
When our food arrived it was really good. Couldn't fault it.
Clearly a lot of thought has gone into putting this place together and it has paid off! If you get the chance....visit
If we were still in Plymouth it would probably be a regular eating place.
