The food was outstanding . (Starter - Goats Cheese Crostini , Main - Thai Seabass)
We went for a family meal (around 20)
And the quality of food and service was perfect .

Great bar staff and a wonderful head chef who kept making sure we were all satisfied .

Top that off with the great views and good selection of drinks makes this place a must .

Thanks again .

Thank Rory E

I was with a large party (21 people to be precise) and expected a slight bit of chaos. O could not have been proved more wrong if I tried.
To start, the staff were absolutely brilliant. They were on the ball, extremely organised, friendly and really helpful. The food was amazing, presentation, taste, EVERYTHING. It came out quickly and was fresh. We had three younger children in our party, and they had toys and books to keep them entertained which I was really impressed with.
The only tiny downside was there is no baby changing facility. To which we had to change our babies discreetly and quickly on the floor upstairs. This would not stop me returning as the food and service was brilliant. The food was extremely reasonably priced too.

Walked around the coast path from Bovingdon, took about 45 minutes and had an evening meal on the terrace at the Eddystone Inn. Views were stunning. The meal was superb, I had the fresh Hake with a couple of pints of Eddystone beer which was even better.

Wanted ham egg and chips but without the really nasty 'triple cooked' chips. Asked for skinny fries instead. Told it couldnt be done!!!!! What a joke. Skinny fries had to be reserved for people ordering Moules! But they are listed as a side at £2.95. Heard several tales of similar non-customer-service from other locals, so we won't be going back there in a hurry.
