“Luxurious house with super views & a balcony perfect for sipping G&T's”
Reviewed 20 February 2017 for a stay in November 2016

Stayed here with some girlfriends last November. It was beautifully decorated and we felt like we were staying somewhere really special. Really enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with our G&T's and taking in the amazing views. The location is easily walk-able to ferry and centre, caught the little ferry which was great fun & did an amazing walk around the coastal path, so beautiful. Ate great food which was easy with so many amazing foodie places to choose from. Even managed to squeeze in some shopping in Dartmouth's lovely boutiques. The owner was really helpful with advising us on parking as it is on a steep hill, but without the hill you don't get the views right?! Loved it. Definitely going back this year to do it all again!

“Relaxing break”
Reviewed 19 February 2017 for a stay in August 2016

I stayed here with my two young boys, the house is beautiful, contemporary yet comfortable, but instantly relaxing- love the disco lighting in the kitchen. There are two outdoor spaces with fantastic views, if you're lucky you be able to catch a graduation firework display at the naval college from the balcony! The house is close enough to town to let the boys wander by themselves and find their way back to the house. We had an great time vising the castle, river trip, walking and vising the national trust site. Can't wait to go back soon.

“Fantastic location with lovely views”

This is a lovely recently re-furbished cottage with far stretching views overlooking the River Dart and the Higher Ferry. Great location, ideally placed for the town amenities but far enough away not to be disturbed by noise. Lovely fixtures & fittings with all that you need for a relaxing break. A comfortable cottage that is child and pet-friendly. It also has 2 different outside spaces,a balcony and a lovely courtyard which is a real bonus. It is located on a very steep hill which can be a challenge to get back up, particularly if you have any mobility problems, but there is a fantastic 'Taxi for 1' service in the town that can whizz you up the hill for a reasonable fee! There is on street parking in the road, but this can be a bit hit or miss, some nearby roads also have on street parking but you can also buy a parking pass for the main car parks in the town.
Great location for a walk to Dartmouth Castle, a trip to Blackpool Sands, river trips, local National Trust properties or just wandering around the town.
