Seas the Day is a beautifully decorated house - very comfortable and only a couple of minutes flat walk until you are right in the town, it's a great place for a Devon break. Very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, smart bathroom and spotlessly clean. A shame that there is no outside space, but that didn't pose a problem given that we were two minutes walk into the town, and the lovely park and harbour setting. Parking in the town car park was not a problem with the permit provided. A great base for a week - would recommend this as an ideal stay for a family.

Had a lovely stay in this pretty cottage would highly recommend staying here and Lindsey was fabulous so helpful and accomodating a huge thank you to her and will definatly be contacting her again for a return visit
I would have loved to give this a five star rating and the only reason I didn't was the lack of outdoor space at the moment. They have done a lovely job refurbishing the house and we will definitely be returning in the future! The house is spread over three levels with the kitchen and living room on the ground floor, twin room and bathroom on the first floor and the double bedroom being on the top floor (the stairs are a bit steep to this room so you must be careful). It's a lovely town with lots to see and do! If you suffer with breathing problems or struggle with hills, this is definitely the place for you as there are no hills to struggle with, only a set of 3 steps leading into the house and only a minute walk, if that, to all the shops. There is a parking lot only a few minutes walk away near the waterfront that you can park at overnight with the parking permit provided so we didn't need to use the park and ride lot located outside of town, so that was a plus! There are lots of lovely restaurants in the town and a lively pub just around the corner named The Dolphin. If you like Indian food, Spice Bazaar was very good! We also had an excellent meal at Bushells located on the waterfront by the ferry!
(I can not comment on the return of our security deposit at the moment as it has only been a few days since we left, but I'm sure we will have no problems.)
