What a lovely place ! Stayed with young family and grandparents during a very busy August week.
The courtyard was just perfect : loads of space , well equipped and comfortable. The outside courtyard area was very well used daily as provided an oasis of tranquility just off the high st away from the noise and crowds for evening bbq’s : you’d never know you were in the thick of it .
Noise at night was to be expected: but only noticeable in the front bedroom and all rooms double glazed so not a big issue.
Access was okay : via a flight and of metal stairs - not suitable for those with restricted mobility I wouldn’t think.
We parked at the station car park on a rover ticket for the week and this worked well being a 5 min walk from the house.
I would recommend the owners install a wc in the ensuite shower room as 1 upstairs toilet between 6 was stretching it a bit at times
Overall : The whole family loved their holiday home and we’d highly recommend.
What a beautiful home with everything you could wish for. Such a beautiful clean place Suzanne left us some very special touches in the house for our wedding week there, as we got married in St Ives. Our stay was just perfect, so close to everything. Huge thank you Suzanne
We all had a fantastic time. The central location enabled us to make The most of St Ives and have a train adventure. Beautiful apartment supported by outstanding weather and fantastic company
Thank you for creating such a perfectly situated holiday home in St Ives - suitable for either couples or a family. The welcome pack was a nice touch...and the warm and comfortable surroundings soon felt like home from home!
A really pleasant stay. With a doorstep onto the High Street the apartment still feels secluded and quiet. The view of the master bedroom overlooking the festoon is a beautiful insight into St Ives life.
The town itself is a beautiful place that time forgot, with thin cobbled streets and stunning views across the land and sea, I would not only recommend St Ives but also 2 The Courtyard.
Also to answer the age old question... St Ives Bakery on Fore Street do the best Cornish pasties in town!!
