“A little gem of a place in the most beautiful town, highly recommended.”

We have stayed at this cottage many times now since our first trip in 2013, finding it first online when planning our honeymoon getaway. 3 Wesley Flats could not be more perfect for our needs, being close to the centre of the town and harbour and all its amenities whilst also being in a peaceful residential area. Our previous stays have been of about 4 or 5 days but we just spent a wonderful 10 day break here over Christmas 2015 and couldn't have been happier. There is nothing to fault, and we just had the best time. The ground floor cottage, which has a large bedroom accessed by a staircase, is warm and comfortable, with central heating that you don't have to even think or worry about, double glazing and a fully appointed kitchen. The bathroom is compact yet fully appointed and the bath is luxuriously deep. We walk a lot when in the area so the location and type of accommodation is great for us. We are also keen cooks and the kitchen allows us to cook as if at home, only better. Local amenities are exemplary and even on Christmas eve we were able to find local produce for cooking, as well as enjoying the myriad restaurants and pubs within a few moments walk from the door. The owners of the place are so helpful and friendly that a stay here is always relaxing and our experience here is echoed by the many people who have left glowing remarks in the visitors' book. Parking is not a problem here, with many local car parks available. This trip we took advantage of street parking up the hill, which of course was free, but on other peak occasions we have parked at the large 'Trenwith' car park, one of many long and short-stay carparks available in the town, a google search will avail you of all the info you need about parking. Could not fault this place.

“Little Cornish Gem”
Reviewed 11 February 2016 for a stay in February 2016

My friend and I have just had a wonderful 4 night break in this delightful, little cottage and loved every minute of it! Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets, but just a few minutes walk from the shops, fabulous choice of eateries and even the local cinema, it is the perfect location for a quiet getaway. Cosy, warm and spotlessly clean, with a well equipped kitchen and excellent power shower, it really does tick all the boxes for a very comfortable stay. Double bed and sofa bed were both excellent and we made very good use of the comprehensive folder compiled by the owners, containing all sorts of useful information about the area. A big thank you to my son-in-law for bidding for this holiday at a charity auction and donating it to me! A perfect break in a real little Cornish gem.

“Peace and quiet in the middle of it all.”
Reviewed 2 February 2016 for a stay in July 2015

3 Wesley Place is a wonderfully central place to stay in St Ives. Close to everything but still quiet (if you don't mind seagulls!)and in a charming spot, this quaint cottage can quite easily accommodate 2 adults and 2 strapping teenage boys! The accommodation has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay, and we will definitely return for our next surfing/painting holiday in the most beautiful part of Cornwall. Loved it!

“Lovely cosy cottage in a convenient location”
Reviewed 5 October 2015 for a stay in September 2015

We really loved staying in this cottage for 4 nights. Brilliant location for St Ives, just a 5 minute stroll into the centre of town. Would recommend the Park Avenue car park which is just a 2-3 minute walk away (although it's up a steep hill!!) and get a rover ticket from Cornwall Council which lets you park on this car park and any other council car park for a one off fee. Food at the Lifeboat Inn, Peppers and The Hub is really excellent. The cottage is small but has everything you need and more and is very cosy. The spiral staircase takes a bit of getting used to but you just need to take your time. The shower is brilliant and very powerful. We absolutely love St Ives but had never stayed in the town, it was lovely just being able to stroll around at night and sample some of the pubs after having a nice meal. We would highly recommend this cottage and will definitely be looking at staying here again as soon as we can.
