“Most convenient and quirky holiday cottage.”
Reviewed 16 November 2017 for a stay in October 2017

As we know Penzance well, we knew where we wanted to be. Near the train and bus station and near our favourite pub, The Lamp & Whistle. This place is literally 50 meters from the pub, and just a bit further to the train station. If you arrive by train it is an easy walk with luggage.

Cottage is small but well apportioned with nice modern furniture and decor. The bed is very nice but just a bit firmer than I like. My wife loved it however. The bathroom is really light and spacious and the kitchen is well-equipped, just needs a couple of pint glasses for beer.

Heating works well.

The only small negative is the front door and windows are a bit draughty and allow more noise than I would like in.

Overall though I would stay here again no questions asked.

“Oustanding!”
Reviewed 13 September 2016 for a stay in August 2016

We really enjoyed our stay, the cottage is very clean and cosy, felt there like at home. Just few minutes away local shops, pubs, harbour. Good connection to the places we planned to visit. Would definitely recommend it.

Thanks for that. The things you likes were the things which first tempted us to buy and restore it. Glad you enjoyed Penzance, all the best, Lynn and Scott
