Best accommodation we've stayed at in Looe. Michael and Jean were extremely friendly, (even providing scones, jam and cream upon arrival) and nothing was too much trouble. Fabulous sea views from the two front bedrooms, everything was very clean and well kept. Great location, close proximity to both the sea and shops, with the added bonus of a parking space; will definitely be back!

After visiting looe many times over the last 9 years we have finally found a property that we will most definitely return to and recommend.

Beautifully decorated and wonderfully clean house, the parking space is right outside the front of the house which is extremely handy if it's one of the rainy days and you have kids to get into the car!!

The views from the two double bedrooms are just stunning.

Having a pixie bath as well as a shower was very handy too, bathing my one year old can be hard work but he loved the smaller bath!!! (Considering one for my own house!)

The owners made us feel very welcome and we were very thankful for the cream tea that was left for us. They were also very quick to come and rescue us after we managed to lock ourselves out!!

The weather may not have been 100% for the week but we still had a fabulous time and will definitely return next year!!

“Best place to stay in Looe”
Reviewed 17 September 2015 for a stay in September 2015

This location was the best of my three visits to Looe, so close to the beech if you wanted the toilet it was quicker to go back to the house than find public toilets.
It was nice to be just off the busy high street

The parking space at the front was a great advantage (parked our other car in west Looe by the hotels for free on the road)

Do not bother to bring buckets & spades or fishing nets & lines, they are all here in a box outside

The house is a very well decorated and well maintained very clean with modern appliances
A lot of care time and money has been spent on this property

The bedrooms were ideal plenty of room, with a table & two chairs by the window, we had a quiet cup of coffee looking out at the sea when the sun was going down.

It was avery nice touch leafing us the welcome cream tea

I am still getting praise from my family for choosing this house to stay in Looe

Will stay here again the next time I am in Looe

“Perfect location, lovely accommodation, had a lovely holiday by the sea.”
Reviewed 31 July 2015 for a stay in July 2015

This property is in a great location, right by the sea, the sandy beach, the harbour and the shops. With 4 generations holidaying together (grandparent, parents, grown up children and grandchild) this location was ideal, as there was something for everyone within easy walking distance.

If you have anybody in your party who has difficulty with stairs then this accommodation might not be for you as the accommodation is over 3 floors, but that said, if you can climb stairs you do get a nice view of the se

The property itself is really nicely decorated and has a welcoming feel, I felt at home there. It is well equipped (much more so than other places that I have stayed in).

Looe is a beautiful place and is within easy driving distance or a short bus ride away from Polperro, which is well worth a visit. The Polperro Fisherman;s Choir sing in Polperro and Looe regularly throughout the summer which is really nice.

We found the locals to be very friendly and welcoming and all in all had a lovely holiday.

“Ideal location and excellent value for money.”
Reviewed 19 April 2015 for a stay in April 2015

The views were stunning and the cottage is in a perfect location. The interior was clean and the bedrooms have lovely decor.
We had a few problems with the toaster and oven not working. The bathroom plumbing and drainage needs some attention. When we flush the chain the water overflows or backs up into the shower and sink which causes a gunky mess and bad smell.
Despite highlighting this, it did not prevent us from enjoying our holiday accommodation and the owners were happy to help and come by and try to fix a problem if we asked.

So sorry, as we said on phone, do ring as we live so close if any queries & we can pop in. So we were not aware there was an issue with the plumbing or with the toaster and we will check these out and sort them as required. I tried the oven after your stay and it worked fine when I followed the instructions in the manual. I do apologise for any inconvenience these problems caused and we are glad you enjoyed your stay.
