“Luxurious properties in a beautiful setting.”
Reviewed 4 September 2014 for a stay in August 2014

What a fabulous stay, the cottage had two bedrooms and felt very spacious the beds were extremely comfortable with lovely crisp white sheets. The cottages are all set in what seems like a small village, very picturesque. Swimming pool was warm! Tennis courts were fab! The large playing field was excellent for my boys to run around and play football there's a football goal, trampoline and swing which the kids loved! Everything is to a high standard thorough out. Jayne the owner made our stay even more memorable by giving us some excellent local information much better than all my guide books it brought with me! She gave us the best places to eat, great walks and even gave us a name of a good skate park to visit when I mentioned we were looking for one. Would even stay here out of season as there are some great walks to do from the cottage which are just beautiful also some of the cottages have hot tubs. Thank you for a thoroughly relaxing holiday.

Thank you Jayne, Mark Marley, Ash and the rest of the team at the wonderful Kilminorth cottages.

We stayed in Apple Cottage for 7 nights on a family holiday for my wife's 60th Birthday. Our two daughters and family's each had a cottage and no one was disappointed at the standard of the accommodation.
We were each meet by Jayne who explained about everything we would need to know about the cottages, pool (heated and a lovely size) and all other key points that we might need to know.

We were also greeted by Marley and Ash, the friendliest pair of dogs you could meet. Our youngest Grandson was a little unsure about dogs but these two sure settled any fears he may have had.

Would we stay again.. Yes.

Thank you again for making our celebration complete.

“Queens Park Cottage - fab!”

Could not find a review on Queens Park Cottage but this is in the same row. As soon as we arrived and were welcomed by Jayne, we knew we were going to enjoy our stay. She was chatty and chilled. We were shown around the cottage which was just gorgeous, well thought out, well equipped and comfortable. The gardens at the back which spanned across four cottages was beautifully looked after and set out with lovely wooden garden furniture enough for each cottage.
We took our four month old puppy who loved Jayne"s two dogs Marley and Ash who roamed into our garden. It was so nice to find somewhere so dog friendly and safe for him to roam around.
The whole complex, for want of a better word, was charming and just lovely, with other cottages with lawns, a very warm swimming pool, walks and fields close by.
What made the whole stay so great was Jayne (and her staff) who were so friendly and helpful and always had time for a natter.
Could not fault this place and will return again some tine.
Good luck Jayne with all your future plans for the place - you're doing a fantastic job. Thanks. .

“Amazing swimming pool.”
Reviewed 17 June 2014 for a stay in June 2014

Just returned from a fantastic holiday at kilminorth cottages, queens park. We couldn't of asked for a better holiday, every room was immaculate and beds very comfortable. The cottage is done to a very high standard and really modern whilst still maintaining the traditional feel. Queens park includes a Plasma TV, DVD player and iPhone music pod. DVDs are available free of charge in one of the open cottages which suited us with having two young boys.
The pool was Outstanding and extremely clean with a lovely surrounding patio area. There is also a good tennis court and a small play area with a football goal, large trampoline and a tree swing. We enjoyed going around the maze that was freshly cut whilst we was there.
Marley and ash the owners dogs were a joy to meet. My sons absolutely loved them both... Thank you jane and team for all that you did to make our holiday the best.
Jennifer, Asa, Sue, Alice and boys.

“Fantastic place!!”
Reviewed 26 May 2014 for a stay in April 2014

Me, my husband and two children (5 & 3) stayed here last month in the Queen Park cottage. When we first got there one of the owners Mark came and greeted us and made us feel really welcome. He showed us round the cottage, which was lovely with both modern and original features and answered our questions about what to do and where to go in the local area.

Later on that day the other owner Jayne came and introduced herself as well with her two dogs, which our children fell in love with, the dogs were brilliant with the children. Jayne also made us feel very welcome and made the time to chat to us and the children whenever she saw us.

We stayed here for four nights and we didn't want to leave, it was a gorgeous place, with a trampoline and tree swing for the children to play on, plus a gorgeous pool which the children braved!

Overall it was one of the nicest places we have stayed, thank you to Jayne & mark for making it so enjoyable can't wait to go back!
