The Pandora Inn, serves excellent food and the location of this beautiful thatched roof Inn is absolutely stunning, I have been here a few times now and I look forward to a return visit on my next holiday in Cornwall

We visited as a family last week for lunch and opted for the beer battered fish and chips. The meal itself was nothing to really chime about - chips ok, batter and fish ok. Priced expensively for the quality of food we enjoyed around £11 per portion. Worth a visit but there is huge competition from other great pubs in the locality.

In 2011 the ancient Pandora Inn had a devastating fire which totally destroyed the roof and upper floor. This visit was my first time back since the fire and I was so relieved that, if anything, the restoration has improved the place.
The setting is spectacular and the pub maintains its relaxed and comfortable character. We enjoyed some excellent food, promptly served by friendly staff.

This has to be one of our favourite pubs ever. It's not easy to find - down some winding lanes off the A39 Truro to Falmouth road. We usually do the walk around the headland from Mylor Bridge - and this is a great place to finish that stage of the walk. Very old building - beautifully fitted out with lots of nooks and crannies. Great beer and food with a floating platform that extends out into the river so that in good weather at high tide you can eat and drink out over the water.

Went for Sunday lunch with a large group of friends. The restaurant manager organised the group really well. The food is self service from a carvery. The meat was beautifully cooked, lovely vegetables, lots of choice, plenty of gravy, horseradish. Plus of course all served in a lovely building with a great view.
