Booked in for an evening meal here as we were staying over in Chester and we had a lovely meal. Unbeknown to us, there was also an artist on, singing a wide variety of songs from the 60s etc. The atmosphere in here was great. The place was buzzing but not that busy or noisy that you couldn't hear yourself speak. We ordered a few of the smaller plates, (like tapas), with fresh bread and sweet potato wedges. We also had a bottle of wine The bill came to only £42.50 which I thought was marvellous taking into consideration all that we had and the ample portion sizes. Absolutely brilliant. The staff are great. Well worth a visit.
