This place has only been open a few months and is lovely and fresh.
We stayed in a double room (bunk bed with double on the bottom) and had our own sink, but shared a bathroom. Everything was clean, we received a warm welcome and our host was really lovely. The kitchen and lounge were welcoming and had everything you could need.
We were there with a group of hens(?) who were very conscientious (we heard them come in around 5am shushing each other rather than screaming), but it seems that this place is attracting big groups, so that's something to be aware of as they can rather take over.
It is also worth knowing that if you're in a double room, your bathroom is not truly 'shared with one other double room' - it is next to the kitchen/lounge and anyone can access it. Although we didn't have problems, I was worried that the large group would start using it as a supplement to their own en-suite.
If I could offer any suggestions for improvment, it would be to offer a vegetarian breakfast (I was so jealous of everyone eating full english while I munched cereal!).
