Again a very comfortable and convenient place to stay, with beautiful views over the river in winter sunshine. The fact is very cosy, extremely clean and has everything we would need.
The property is a light, well equipped first floor flat with loads of space and a great view from the living area. For us it is well situated close to lovely walks along the river or into the centre of town. We will certainly look to come back here or the 'sister' property in Harvey Goodwin Gardens

My husband and I traveled to Cambridge for work, but whether for work or play, we would stay here again. The flat is spacious, bright, and clean, and it overlooks Midsummer Common--the view is lovely, and you can hear birds. Because the windows in the main room face the common, it feels very private--no windows close by. There is a trail through the Common, easily accessible for running, etc. It's a short walk to the colleges, too (15 minutes). Well stocked kitchen with everything you need. The proprietor kindly brought a coffee press when she discovered we didn't have one; needless to say, as serious coffee drinkers, we were grateful for her understanding and quick response. I'm really very impressed and wish we could stay for longer! I'll add that I can be a fussy traveler--love to travel but appreciate clean and well-appointed spaces. This one fits the bill and is altogether pleasant. Considered not writing a review so that nobody else will know about it! (No need to add photos--minus the flowers, the space looks just like the pictures posted by the owner.)
