We booked a small double here, and were fully prepared for it to be small after reading reviews, however on arrival, we had been upgraded to a duoble wtih kitchen/diner, there was nothing lacking here, was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed, staff were pleasant and very welcoming, and breakfast was great, would definitely return if in Cambridge again.

Room Tip: You could hear other people coming and going, but no more than any other B&B

We felt this was a good value accommodation with parking. We were able to walk into Cambridge. On the day we checked out we were able to leave our car in the car park. Breakfast was very nice with lots of choice. We booked a small double room, which meant that it was a bit narrow around 2 sides of the bed. Also the shower cubicle was about the smallest I have ever seen. Clean and tidy with a little sitting room and kitchenette available for our use. Would definitely stay again.

This B and B is on the edge of town and close enough to walk into town. The room we had was very small with a double bed but very clean. The hosts are very helpful and would do anything for you. Breakfast was excellent. Parking is a challenge in Cambridge and we were able to leave our car there after check out so we could explore Cambridge further. The hop on hop off bus stops nearby. This is a great way to see Cambridge and hop off where you need to and return to the B and B.

Quaint accommodation that goes above what the average hotel would accommodate.

Sat nav got us lost around the one way system so the owner greeted us outside the property waving us down the drive way.

Free parking is great because everything you need is in walking distance.

My partner and I stayed in room number 5 which is the attic room, two flights up (not great if you struggle with stairs but fine for us!).

There is a lounge and fully fitted kitchen for your use. There's tea making facilities within your room also with the added extras of biscuits, bottled water and hot chocolate which is a nice touch.

We stayed in the first night and bought fresh pizzas from the co op around the corner - the kitchen has everything you need to cook anything you want (you don't need to bring anything - they have it all).

The breakfast in the morning blew us away. It's was top class! The tame on the menu is brilliant and they sure do deliver on any breakfast lover expectation! And there's plenty of food extras like fresh fruit and yoghurt a, cereal, toast and orange juice to fill your boots.

The location is perfect. An absolute beautiful river walk into town which is just 10 minutes away.

We also walked to see a movie at the Vue in the Grafton Shopping centre, also a short river walk away.

If your looking for a nice weekend away and like your creature comforts - this B&B is definitely for you.

Stayed here for two nights. The room in the main building was disappointing. There is a water leak between the toilet and the sink, the shower is poor with the shower door falling of the hinges, only two of the curtain blinds work properly and the shash windows do not open properly. Having said that the bedroom was clean, although the decor is a little tired. The breakfast was excellent both in quantity and quality, everything cooked to order and a really good choice.
