i was one of the customers who was unable to attend the penultimate night of the wicked tour as there was a severe weather warning with risk to life. They refused to cancel their performance or even reschedule, thus denying any need flr them to refund their paying customers and fans. I was told to either choose another night, this being saturday ( also with an adverse weather warning )or later the option of seeing it in london where apart from needing to find accommodation and travel costs, i would most likely be in the cheap seats rather than the more expensive seats i had paid out for in Bristol.
Interestingly I had previously tried to get tickets for the saturday but it was fully booked.
i can only assume when they offered me to swap to saturday, they were reselling seats of people who had cancelled without refund and making even more profit! mercenaries!!
I have lost out £130 with no chance of refund.
I was a regular attender at the hippodrome but their lack of care for their customers against this shameful ticket company and theatre tour have left me never wanting to go there again.
The email responses from the tour company and the hippodrome were both patronising and heartless.
very angry .
