“Awesome experience, amazing house, so close to the city”

Im sure,This is one of Bristol best kept secrets! We were in awe of the vastness of the accommodation, it takes about 20 minutes just to walk round house. The car park was really convenient and trips by taxi, in to the centre, were very cheap, We spent most of the time out on the town! Although on the Saturday afternoon we were able to enjoy the huge garden and there was plenty of seating for our group.
I would really recommend this house, it has a real charm and character inside and out. We managed to dine 20 people comfortably around the extremely large dining table in the hall and the kitchen facilities and cooking utensils were already set up for a much larger group than ourselves. There is another dining room that we did not manage to make use of and the lounge has plenty of sofas. The building itself is very interesting, looks a little like the Adams family house, but don't let that put you off, cause inside it's really welcoming, as is the manager who took care of all of our needs and was really flexible. We obtained invaluable information on activities and the best cocktail bars.
In summary I think this is a weekend all of us will remember for a long time to come and the only disadvantage was having to leave so soon.

“Sophicticated Batchelor Party”

Beautiful Gothic Mansion set in a lovely part of Bristol, close to the country and also close to the city.
The mansion boasted plenty of rooms, all perfectly presented, the multiple dining rooms were as grand as you'd imagine and the large array and variety of bathrooms was a very welcome surprise. There were also a huge number of spectacular bedrooms to choose from, some with a four poster bed and first class view of the surroundings, others with a huge number of beds and a pretty en-suite bathroom. As a group of 10 city professionals from London and the South on a gentlemen's batchelor party, we were more than satisfied with our stay at the mansion. The owner of the property treated us very well with any concerns I had over the phone, and access and exit to the property was easy and the kitchen apparatus was fully equipped with all you'd need to self-cater for a large group, including a couple of ovens and a large fridge/freezer. There is also plenty of off-road car parking space reserved for just this property. With 10 of us, we didn't get close to filling it up. We had an awesome time.
