One might expect this place to use its celebrity connections to its advantage, but nothing could be further from the truth. Unassuming and without pretence, the service is efficient and effective yet discreet. The food is lovely, portions are nice and the choice more than adequate for most. If one had to find fault - and it is hard- perhaps, just maybe, the food was a little under-seasoned. Sorry chef but it was our first visit and I know you can add but can’t take away - but it wont stop me coming back, if you will have me!! Thank you team for a lovely lunch.

Good, good food. Very tasty. Only real issue is could of done with more pork belly, it's a cheap cut so a little more wouldn't go amiss. Other dishes were fine & plenty there. Got to the dessert menu, & I don't know if it's us but nothing took our fancy, only 3 or 4 to choose from but very standard so can't really judge them. Very good looking pub inside & brilliant staff.

We stayed at the Mulberry Inn to attend a wedding at the local wedding venue just a mile away and were very pleasantly surprised.
Booking in at the bar the place was very busy with Saturday afternoon diners and the lady who welcomed us from behind the bar couldn't have been more welcoming and although obviously busy, attended to us immediately.
The place appears to have just three rooms in another building connected by a corridor and it is so quiet. The room is fitted out lovely and has a good bathroom ( a rather high step into the bath for the shower may be difficult for some) and very comfortable bed.
We stayed for breakfast which is only available at week-ends and enjoyed a large filling meal before setting off home.
We will visit again and spend more time here as it is so peaceful and there are some quaint villages in the area we would like to visit.

Room Tip: Only a few rooms and all in the same location so go for any.

Fabulous evening at The Mulberry Inn. Rob was very welcoming , great service from Katie. Food was excellent. Mushroom starter, steak and then delicious sticky toffee. Stayed over and the room was very comfortable. Definitely recommend and we’ll be back soon. Thank you for a great evening.

We stayed at the Mulberry Inn while visiting friends in Haslemere. From the moment we arrived until we left we felt right at home......Cosy fire, welcoming staff it was lovely. The food was amazing the bread and butter pudding to die for.... Rob choose some delicious wines for us, the sparkling wine was our favorite! He certainly knows his wines, great fun. The rooms were clean and comfy, everything was thought of. Then..... we had a full breakfast plus the chef asked us to try his delicious Irish apple tart. Yes we ate the lot plus the clotted cream ice cream! What a fabulous time. Rob and his team were professional and great fun to be with. Thank you, we would definitely recommend The Mulberry inn
