Loved staying here. We were lucky to find a parking spot on the street, then never moved our car after that. We walked everywhere. We took a walking tour and enjoyed the pace of this lovely town in early summer. We chatted with those in the office and got some nice tourist ideas. Our room was on the first floor so we had no stairs. There is a restaurant, but we did not eat there.

We selected this inn based on the reviews. It is a great place right in the center of the old town and right across from the waterfront. Room was modern, clean and quite comfortable. We were able to walk to everything in town without much problem. As this is an older inn, the stairs leading to our room were quite steep and small. We wished we had more time and if we are in the area, we would definitely stay at this inn again.

Room Tip: Get a room facing the water with a patio

Old building with character and a view! The rooms have been recently renovated and are so clean they sparkle. There's a big deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the harbour. The staff are very nice.
If stairs are an issue, request a ground floor room. Parking is on the street so can be a challenge. The onsite restaurant is excellent.
Would highly recommend this hotel.

Travelling all over Nova Scotia for our honeymoon. This was our first stop! Absolutely lovely. The bed was amazing!
So was the little balcony off our room. Everything was clean! Loved the express checkout!

We had a beautiful corner suite with semi private front corner veranda overlooking the gorgeous view of the harbor. Excellent service seamless check in and out, as we continued our travels through Cape Breton and beautiful Nova Scotia, must see part of Canada for All
