This was a party of four adults and one child. The waiter was exceptional and helped in offering suggestions for the child and accommodated us by bringing the child's dinner with our appetizers. The crispy calamari was very good and enjoyed by all. Two adults ordered the ahi tuna salad and were impressed but concluded there was too much red onion included. Another party had the ribs and all was well. I ordered the 8 oz serloin medium and was served a very well done piece of meat. After cutting into it, I informed the waiter it was unacceptable and returned it for what I ordered. He handled it very well and went to order another steak. Another female employee who did not identify herself or her position came to the table and informed me that the although the meat didn't look medium in the natural light (we were eating on the terrace} it really was done medium. Not sure what they expected to accomplish with this move but it totally aggravated me to the point of speaking with her superior who did apologize and ultimately made good on the bill by not charging for the steak.
