Maybe going at noon was not a good idea but the restaurant was not full. Lots of servers working, and none too busy. We ordered our dim sum right away and then waited. ½ hour had gone by when I asked the Manager for our food. He came back from the kitchen and said 5 minutes, 6 at most. 10 minutes later a table of 5, who arrived about 15 min after us, were served their food. That was the last straw. We left, never to return again. Very, very disappointed.

The 4 of us came here on the weekend for dinner. We made reservations just in case. It was a busy night.

We ordered the following dishes
- pea shoots with garlic - cooked to perfection with a hint of garlic & a decent size plate
- deep fried pork chops with salt and chilli peppers - not greasy but a bit too much batter on some pieces
- half a crispy fried chicken - everyone agreed it wasn’t too dried and the skin was crispy
- eggplant and scallops hot pot - a nice blend of flavours with ample scallops

Most entrees were in the $20 range. They also had set menus ranging from 4 people and up. Good selection of meat dishes (beef, chicken and pork); vegetables, noodle dishes, seafood and assorted hot pots. A few different dishes.

Parking spots are limited and may have to park on the street. The restaurant is about a 15 minute drive from Metrotown Mall.

Nice decor inside for those special occasions including huge tables to seat 10 comfortably with elbow room. I also like the fact that it wasn’t noisy. Good thing there were no stairs to contend with. Easy access for those who have mobility issues.

Service was prompt and food arrived on time.

We were enroute to visit friends in Coquitlam and decided upon dim sum at the Lee Garden. The cod congee was especially flavorful as was the mango pudding. The remainder of the dim sum items were all at a par with other Chinese restaurants within metro Vancouver

We went as a large group. Booked a table for 11.30 but still had to wait for over 30 minutes before a table became available.

The restaurant is pretty big and easily provide over 100 covers. There is a car park at the back.

The food is Cantonese and they provide a fairly comprehensive list of dim sums. We had nearly everything except the char sui buns.

The food is good and the service adequate once we were allowed to sit down.

it's not often that we're in the neighborhood at dinner time but today we were heading back into town from Burke Mountain (Coquitlam) so decided to excite our taste buds at the Lee Garden for dinner. We ordered the white water steamed rock cod (fantastic), deep fried crispy skin chicken and the sauteed snow pea sprouts and white rice (of course). It was a most enjoyable repast.
