The restaurant is owned by Bill Chow and his wife. She will be in the dining area greeting you when you enter. Bill and one of his sons is in the kitchen cooking away. Bill occasionally looks out the serving window to say hello to people. You can order from the menu or go for the buffet. The buffet is freshly stocked everyday and on a regular basis. I had the buffet and there was enough to choose from. There is enough seating as they serve bus tours during the summer season.
