We stayed for just one night last week (July 2017) and were delighted with our stay.

Christian as previously mentioned by others is a lovely guy and so helpful. Our room (The Harmony Suite) was beautifully furnished, spacious, spotless and had lots of extra touches like, local hand made soap, a full sized fridge, bottle opener, tea/coffee etc.

The beds were extremely comfortable and we even had a balcony to sit out on.

Christians breakfast was delicious, with a choice of omelette, yoghurt, fresh fruit, toast, juices, good coffee to name just a few.

This was a stopover for us on our way home after an amazing 3 weeks in Canada during which we drove over 4000 kilometres. It was important to have a comfortable, clean room to stay the night before our flight home. We were delighted with this choice and the drive to Vancouver airport took only 2 hours....another bonus.

Highly recommended.

Evergreen B&B is truly a gem worth staying. The suites are spacious, spotless clean and very nice decorated, it feels like home immediately.
The owner Christian is a very friendly and social guy with a nice sense of humor. He makes you feel welcome and helps you out with places for dinnner or places to visit.
Breakfast is fresh and tasteful and we liked the "common breakfast" with the other guests very much. What a nice way to start a new (holi)day!
Only good points for Christian and his family!
Looking for a good place to stay in Hope? Just go and book this B&B, you won't regret it.

This is one of the best B&Bs I've been.. The room was huge, beautiful, comfy and clean. There is a separate lounge downstairs where you can relax, they also serve breakfast there. The breakfast was delicious and the host was great. We slept great in a good bed and good shower in the bathroom. This is a great choice!

Lovely spacious rooms in this pretty property on the edge of Hope, yet only a few minutes walk to the Main Street. The owners were lovely and rightly proud of their business - they work very hard at keeping the standards high. A great place to relax and spend some time in this beautiful area.

Breakfast is at a set time with all guests sitting at a large table and this got the day off to a great start. In the same area are some comfortable settees for use by guests, although the rooms we saw were so large that they had a seating area included.

Great stay, made to feel very welcome - only thing to change would be more complimentary tea, coffee and especially milk - it felt a bit rationed but was freely offered when requested. Also a complimentary biscuit or two would be a welcome addition and appropriate in what is a superior establishment.

We would not hesitate to return

Room tip: All rooms are excellent (we had a look when everyone had checked out!)

The rooms are spacious, well appointed and clean. Friendly host and good travel tips.

The only suggestion I would have is to either remove the "snacks for sale" from the rooms (perhaps have them in a separate place like a mini-bar-fridge or drawer) or offer them as complimentary. We stayed in other B&Bs (similar price, better location) on the same trip and some had complimentary snacks and pantry. The price isn't the issue, it just grates a bit to have a mini shop in your room.

Thank you so much for your review, it took us a while to write you a reply but you never left our thoughts.
In regards to the snacks, which we have simply placed in a basket to the side, we at your suggestion, listed as "pay what you want". Unfortunately we can't give them away for free, as you know we were in our very first year as owners, we need to be very cautious as we were sinking plenty into our project but the minimal snack we do have there are now just a simple "pay what you like".
We have put more money into furnishings, new TV's , bathrooms, lighting fixtures, modems, routers, and many other things to keep our guests happy. The snacks are there just in case, and now just in case you want need something, you can pay what you want. We cover costs, and guests are happy... not grated that they weren't given some free Doritos.
