Four of us had lunch here on a cold Saturday afternoon.

Each of us ordered a traditional Uyghur dish with Lagman Noodles. Two of the dishes had flat noodles with beef and two of the dishes had rounded, irregular noodles.

The noodles were delicious. The beef had bits of bone but it was very tasty. My uyghur style stir-fried meat and vegetables was also tasty.

If you love noodles and want to try something different, yet familiar, this may be the place for you.

We came here on a Saturday afternoon for lunch for two. The waitress was helpful in recommending what people usually order and their portion sizes. We decided to just order two dishes even though it was likely too big for the two of us. We ordered the M2 and M7, both with great noodles. Personally I enjoyed the M2 better (the spicy chicken) because I love the spicy touch and how it added to the potatoes and chicken, and also because the fat noodles just appeal to me better. The M7 is also pretty good though, with thinner hand pulled noodles and more of a sweet and sour taste to the veggies and beef. For two people I feel like the M2 and an app would be enough - we ended up taking half our food home to go.

Overall, the food is amazing and i would definitely return. Only complaint is that it's a bit on the pricy side ($18 for the M2).

we went to the Bogda Restaurant and had 2 dishes,no 1 the M2 Tohogo ShiNanin,it is the medium plate chicken stir fry with potatoes in chilli garlic sauce with hand made noddles, the chicken meat was fine chopped and had still fine chicken bones attached,we had to be very carefull that we do not eat the bones, the noodles were very tough,a fork could not cut them, the sauce was brown very salty and very strong in sechwan peppercorns,at 18$,.the second dish was m9 Korma Lagman, uyghur style stirfry with hand made chopped noodles, with meat and vegetables, the noodles were very tough ans so the beef, strong flavour

I have been wanting to try this restaurant for months and finally made it. Clean, modern and inviting with excellent service. Food was just exceptional and the flat home made noodles are to die for. The flavours of both dishes we ordered were amazing. Beware - the portions are very large; do not over order! This restaurant will become a favorite of ours
