Great wine and waiters.
We went for two starter dishes to share the stuffed dates were heaven in the mouth.
Chorizo and figs were Devine.
We then went for charcuterie option that again was excellent. Each course was well described by the excellent staff.
Though we did not need it we finished with the peanut mouse and salted caramel. Wow
So it really was the meal that kept on giving. If you are in Canmore this is a must.
This was with out a doubt the best meal of our trip.
I would also say the best Tapas we have had and we have been to Spain on numerous occasions.
