had a slight issue with my key card, i had to replace it a couple of times. but the overall service was great

I have stayed at this property many times over the years and it’s consistently a comfortable and convenient place to stay near the airport. Many restaurants within a short walking distance. Rooms are clean and spacious, good AC and friendly helpful staff.

The LaQuinta Richmond double charged us for a room. We prepaid in July 2023 and then they charged again the morning after our stay. Attempted to have the second charge refunded, but hotel staff delayed long enough that credit card company said it was too late for a charge back. As a travel agent, we will never book a LaQuinta anywhere ever again!

The check in on line was very swift and the personnel were very kind.
I arrived early and they offered me an early check in for 10 dolars which I think is very reasonable so I could leave my baggage early and go for a walk.
Breakfast was a little limited but ok for the price.
Room tip: Clean and comfortable room

We have a nice stay here, only problem we encounter, small Parking Area. We need to wait for someone to move out. We've been told that Parking near Entrance door is for Disable Customers. But most Vehicle Park have no Sign...
