The hotel must be refurbished

The room are equipped with two king size bed, for people with two big baggage are a little bit small. The parking is underground and is accessible only with the key. At the breakfast time the coffee maker was broken and the B plan is take a tea. The breakfast is good. In the near of hotel is a beautiful park. With the metro you can go to Vancouver without use the car. The metro is only a ten minutes on foot and is in 2 zone. The wifi is free and good . In the hall there’s only a toilet locked with a key. The check in is very slow

I have stayed in a number of hotels for work, and this by far was the biggest disappointment I've experienced. This hotel does not live up to the Ramada name or brand as an elite hotel chain.
The corridors are in desperate need of a coat of paint and TLC. There are awkward doors you have to go through to get to your room making the in and out super cumbersome. The guest beds were clean but the mattress was old, uncomfortable and made with what appeared to be two sheets without any comforter so the sleep was VERY cold. There was no extra blanket in the room that I could see.

The breakfast was atrocious - terrible. The eggs - a strange pinkish yellow colour, were being cooked on a hotplate in the breakfast room while the sausage patties were microwaved from frozen in a giant pile. The Toaster blew a breaker. There were cream cheese packets but no bagels, there were stale pastries and the coffee tasted like old dirty pipes.

The corners of the common space and the guestroom bathroom floors were grungy with dirt.

It was fine for one night, but we got in late, and I was exhausted. It made me feel like I was sleeping in the ghetto. The crazy part is this hotel was the most expensive out of my entire trip and it was by far the worst. Definitely not getting any value for money here.

It might be convenient for a stopover but it is very dated, grubby, and tired. The whole place is not deserving of the ramada brand. The airconditioner was incredibly loud. Breakfast was a lame and unimpressive offering. Vancouver may be expensive but this was overpriced.

We stayed at this hotel overnight before an international flight. There is a free shuttle advertised but we had to take a taxi as the shuttle passed us by two times with just a wave from the driver. The hotel did pay for our taxi. The common areas in this hotel are very “well” used and in need of a deep cleaning or replacement. Rooms have paper thin walls there for all noise is heard from other guests. The bed was comfortable and linens are nice. Staff is friendly. Well not be returning to this accommodation.

We had a long flight. Our tourguide booked this hotel for us as a goodnight sleep before we start on our rv roadtrip. When we landed @ yvr. Asked the information desk personel on how everything is arranged with shuttles. He could tell us exact times and locations on the shuttle. Shuttle arrived on time and after a quick 15 min ride we arrived at the hotel. Cuick check in and clean good room. Beds were comfy and breakfast next day was good.

We would stay here again:)

This hotel is one of the older ones, but it has free pick up from the airport. No lobby to speak of and breakfast room was small. The breakfast selection was plentiful and kept replenished by an attendant.
