I enjoy staying here when I’m in the area. Nice property, a good restaurant, and there are places of interest within walking distance.
The only flaw is there is only one open lane to exit the parking garage, so one vehicle with an issue holds up everyone else. But it’s only happened to me once so I’ll plan to stay there again.
Stayed with a group of 61 persons from Malaysia, the 1st night on 13 May & second stay on 17 May .
Room: All great with big size
Breakfast: Is much better than many other hotels I did stay at in Vancouver.
Staff: Multi-national but super helpful & friendly.
Great to Ms Arsh with one step more to make my stay super comfortable as tour director for this trip.

What a great hotel, the rooms are clean and the property is well cared for. the rooms are spacious with a sitting area and a separate bed room. The quality of the bed and pillows is top notch as is the service provided by the staff. I will be sure to stay here my next time in Vancouver
Stayed one night. Lots of USB outlets. Really nice lighting and nice shower with hand shower. No tub. The bed was too firm for my liking. I have a sore back. I would stay again if my back was better. It was expensive on the weekend but Vancouver is expensive
We arrived in Vancouver to find out we had no place to stay as the Hotel gave our room away and canceled our reservations without any notification.
The hotel made zero effort to attempt to find us alternate accommodation, attempted to give us trouble with reimbursement , and left us to our own devices to find lodging.
As Diamond Elite Members, we are deeply unhappy with the behavior and unprofessionalism displayed by Hilton Vancouver Airport.
Absolutely would never recommend.
