So from the point of me arriving to leaving I had zero issues with the staff. I ordered food and everything was amazing! Even when I asked for some modifications to my food they had no problem in helping me out. I would recommend anyone looking into book their mandatory stay definitely chose this location!

The location was fantastic for late arrival and early departure. The staff was outstanding, very pleased with happy hour(s). The rooms were spacious, it was near to hear about the future renovations and improvements being made.

I stayed at the Hilton Vancouver Airport early March 2020 as this was the host hotel for a conference I was attending. The hotel was "meh" - the price was >$200/night plus parking, boring interior decorating, my room was noisy with elevator movement noise - whenever the elevator was used I could hear the mechanics of it from anywhere in my room. The pool/hot tub/fitness areas were under construction so inaccessible. It is not very convenient to access these amenities in a different building. I would not recommend for a holiday stay, it suited the purpose of the conference attendance, but that's about it.
