Stayed here for 2 quick nights for a short visit to Vancouver. I normally stay at the Marriott however it is under renovation and most other hotels downtown were sold out so I opted for this property as I am a Marriott Rewards member. The check in was easy, room was good sized, nice and clean, and comfortable. The hotel is in a good location, just a quick walk from the nearest Canada Line station to downtown Vancouver. Lots of restaurants in the area however most are Asian so more selection of cuisine in town. The property has a restaurant also however I did not have any meals at the hotel itself. The only thing is there doesn't seem to be any superior rooms for Platinum members as I had a standard one, although it was totally fine for a quick stay. I don't think there is any kind of executive lounge either and if there was I was not informed of it. Only downside is there seems to be large tour groups in the hotel which are loud and don't seem to care about talking loudly or slamming doors in the hallways. But overall a decent option for a quick stay. Staff was pleasant and helpful, although I am still waiting for points credit for the stay and once again when I requested items on the app they were not in the room, but that was quickly remedied by the staff.

Nice clean and service are good can speak Chinese ! Morning coffee always hot in the lobby .Airport transfer.Employee are very helpful! Public transport is very convenient morning buffet is good .not too expensive.

Just stayed one night before flying out.
The hotel is well located with a shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and prepared however you like . The service was excellent and friendly.

After leaving the arrival hall at YVR airport there was a wait of ca 30 minutes for the free hotel shuttle. The hotel is in Richmond, another Chinatown in Vancouver. Pleasant atmosphere. Clean rooms, very friendly reception. Below average breakfast, not comparable to European standards.

Room Tip: elevator will solve any problem with selecting which floor.

We stayed there overnight after our cruise finished and before we left for home the next day. It was about a $50 cab ride from the cruise port to the hotel out near the airport. Our room was ready early and we were able to check in sooner than anticipated. Everything was clean, updated and well kept. The room was spacious and quiet. It was one of the nicer Four Points I have stayed in. They have a complimentary shuttle to the airport, but you do need to make reservations with the front desk for the specific time of departure. Front desk staff were all pleasant and helpful.
