Fairmont has excellent service, super friendly team including concierge, front desk, royal service, housekeeping, IRD and bell. Lovely place with airport view to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. Would be better of the AC could be cooler, but it was a cozy room for quarantine.

it was great but there is no help when I arrive check-in level so we need to search for the entry elevator.
I also get unstable wifi connection in the room. I kept getting log out while doing some work from the room

It is wonderful to know that you had a good stay however I am disappointed to know that your arrival experience was not perfect, nor was the Wi-Fi in your guestroom. Fairmont Hotel at the airport is fantastic. Located within Vancouver airport easy access from the terminals. Fabulous food, clean rooms and helpful and friendly staff. Would highly recommend. Will be back.

My family and I are on our 3rd day of the mandatory hotel quarantine. We chose this hotel because of its location and ease in bringing our luggages. You don’t need a vehicle to get to it. It’s within the airport complex itself. It’s a very comfortable hotel and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Since we are not allowed to get out we always have to call for room service and it’s in gastronomic proportions. None of could ever finish a whole meal. All meals we ordered were delicious! We have no complaints whatsoever. The only thing worrying us now is I think all gained a couple of pounds from the all the food without being able to exercise. We check out tomorrow since we got our pcr results which resulted in negative findings and if ever somebody asks for a recommendation for hotel near the the airport, I would definitely recommend this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom was nicely designed as you can on the pictures other trip advisors posted. Adjusting to our jet lag was easy because the beds were very comfy and 4 pillows per bed was supplied so we didn’t have to request for extra pillows. Very nice hotel indeed!

This was the 3-day mandatory hotel quarantine stay. The COVID-19 safety protocol was in place to ensure safety of the travelers. Food services were speedy and above expectations. The view of the airside was memorable. I strongly recommend this hotel for others.
Room tip: Upgrade room to get a nice view of YVR airside

I would like to thank Cathy in room service, she made me feel extra special, listened to my requests and addressed them professionally. She made me feel at home and her customer service was genuine. I work in the hotel industry and I appreciate staff who go out of their way to make guests feel important. She offered suggestions to make my stay more convenient. Travelling during pandemic to see my father one last time has been stressful for me and Cathy’s warmth and friendliness on the phone brought me so much comfort. I also commend Chef Abraham for addressing my food allergy and for his prompt response. I would also like to thank the lady in front desk, I didn’t get her name. She was very considerate with my evening flight schedule and was very accommodating with late check out. The amazing food in huge portions and the convenient location inside the airport were the highlights of my quarantine stay, This was the best choice and all so worth it!
