Fantastic experience. Booked a night out for my wife's birthday and it was everything we hoped for an more. Lovely amenity in the room to celebrate the occasion which was appreciated and staff were great too. This hotel has a calmness about it even though its located in a busy city vicinity. Be careful of your belongings when you stay. Clothes/personal belongings got stolen during my stay- no care was given when reported. Did not hear back even after escalating to the manager. Very disappointed with such service especially with the amount of money paid.

A good city hotel with an excellent Vietnamese restaurant. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was convenient for accessing shops and restaurants, the room was pleasant. The bar was very noisy and more geared to the restaurant than a peaceful drink.

Buffet Breakfast for two @ $60.00 was the worst breakfast we had in NZ. “Hot” items had been sitting for a couple of hours and inedible!

We stayed at this hotel due to our flight delay. They charged us &520.00 for the room. I would consider this a massive increase on the normal price charged. This was due to flight delays and other airport hotels being full. The room was basic and certainly not worth the price charged. Shuttle to airport was great Would not stay again due to price gouging and quality of the outdated accommodation.

Additionally, the price of the rooms like at most other hotels does fluctuate based on supply and demand.
