I recently had the best French toast at Manuka Café, and I can’t stop thinking about it! It was perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside, with just the right amount of sweetness. The presentation was beautiful, and the flavors were on point with banana, bacon and butterscotch sauce. You can sit outside and really experience Devnport or inside in one of their booths. Highly recommend!

Excellent service and great food, we were well looked after by our new Danish wait person, he was delightful.
Our Caesar salad was one of the best tasted.

Friendly chap at till who aldo greeted us at door. Proper coffee, strong and hot, served by friendly staff member.

I can’t actually comment on the food or coffee, as we were so put off by the man serving at the counter’s rudeness to the two sets of customers before us in the queue that we decided to leave and spend our money elsewhere. I haven’t come across this type of rude and unkind behaviour over simple questions from customers before, he did not handle himself well at all and I felt very sorry for the two sets of customers before us. With so many options nearby he might like to reconsider his attitude and approach, as I see there are many similar comments on here. The cafe at the torpedo bay naval museum was wonderful with a much nicer atmosphere and view and a lovely stroll by the water to get there!

Great brunch here & very good service. A local had recommended the place & we were very pleased with our visit. The toilet & access to it, could be updated, but that’s being picky.
