Friendly and politeness are standard in the red label, not only in the restaurants or the hotel resort but also around the pools. Views on mystery vanishing La Gomera are wonderful. Bathing in rest under winter sun with constant temperatures in the microclimate of Alcalà makes a Michelin *** (the journey is worth it)

3rd visit, first time in red level. Was it worth the extra? The short answer is yes.

Hotel staff were brilliant, nothing was too much effort. From check in to check out everything was spot on and delivered efficiently. The whole resort is spotless and the setting is just great. No shortage of sun beds, towels and water. Also the variety of restaurants and bars is excellent.

For us the breakfast with eggs being cooked to order and brought to the table was a nice touch. The restaurant in the red level was excellent and included in the full board, service and food top notch.

Overall an amazing holiday, the team really do believe in customer service and it shows in the number of people returning to this hotel year on year.

Stayed at Red level BB for one week. We had a private transfer from the airport to the hotel. On arrival check in was quick, personnel and easy, booked into a side sea view room which was very nice, bathrobes, slippers and plenty of Clarins toiletries. In the room there was a free safe and coffee machine replenished daily along with bottled water, the fridge was full and payable. Plenty of clothes space with an ironing board and iron if required. We used the Red level pool area pool towels were provided. Bottled water, tea and coffee was available all day along with suncream and after sun, in the reception area there was also water, tea/coffee along with pastries and cake. During the day around the pool fruit skewers, cool towels and sorbet drinks were offered. Around 5.30-6.30 each day in the Liquid lounge there was an open bar and canapés served this was especially nice before dinner. We had breakfast in the main part of the hotel because we preferred to serve ourselves and there is a private seating area for Red level guest to sit. We ate at the hotel pool bar lunch time which was nice, we chose to eat out for dinner. We watched the evening entertainment which started around 10pm for approx an hour in the theatre, other entertainment was offered but we never participated. The wifi and gym were the best I have used at any hotel before. We used the spa for the pool and steam rooms which were average, no treatments were purchased.There are a few shops in the main hotel but never used them. There are limited shops within walking distance of the hotel with a few good restaurants.
This is a lovely hotel and to top it off we had lovely weather.

Just spent a wonderful five days here, escaping freezing London for some Winter sun. From the moment you step through the door, your luggage whisked away by a butler and are presented with a glass of cava you know you are in for a great stay. The hotel is immaculate, staff charming and first class, lovely spacious rooms and top notch facilities. Breakfast in the Red Level is great - buffet and a la carte - in a gorgeous setting overlooking the sea. The cocktail hour at 6pm every evening with an open bar and canapés is a lovely touch and the pool area is spacious with comfy loungers. Lunch in the Liquid Garden was good, plenty of salads and sandwiches to accompany the chilled rose wine! Didn’t use any of the restaurants in the hotel in the evening, instead enjoyed several in the small village of Alcalá. Cannot wait to return! Thanks to all the wonderful staff of the Red Level.

This was our second visit to Red Level at this hotel and we were not disappointed. The welcome of the staff is second to none and every member of the staff team go all out to ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
This time we stayed in a deluxe room (last time we had a partial sea-view room). It lacked the view but still was quiet and comfortable and kept very clean by the marvellous cleaning team.
Despite some very cool and windy days we made good use of the beautiful pool and still enjoyed our breakfasts with a view of the sea every morning and open bar with tapas watching the sun set each evening.
We ate a few times on site and also at a nearby restaurant, Sauco, which is good for fish, steaks and Italian-style food.
The menu at the Terrace restaurant in Red Level is good and the presentation excellent. We struggled to book as it was always busy but got a table for Saturday evening in the end.
We also ate at the Ocean Grill on-site and enjoyed a paella there.
If you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful week then this is the hotel for you.

Room Tip: We always select the top floor for quietness but I don't think any room would be particularly noisy.
