We had the best experience riding these beautiful animals. The staff were so patient, easy going and very professional with the whole adventure.
The horses were suited perfectly to the riders and felt very safe with everything.
We did the 1 hr trail ride through the national park and was so peaceful.
100% be back again

Horses and staff here are very disappointing , not only were the horse's very discontent they were not at all matched according to rider experience, even when advising the staff of an issue with there horse and the way it had been incorrectly dressed and the in turn continually kept yanking the reins forward and was not able to be ridden. BE CAREFUL OF YOUR LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE AS I have advised the staff of the issues and they've disregarded. Overall very unhappy and no customer resolutions offered by management. Think twice before you book this or you'll likely end up disappointed and $160 worse off for a ride that was not at all peaceful nor a happy one.

We booked a 1 hour beginner ride for a total of 7 of us and gave it as a Christmas gift.
We had the best time and everyone said it was one of the best gifts they had received
Everyone we met including the horses were lovely. Loved hearing about the horses personalities.
'Kids' ages were 19 to 25

It was a beautiful experience. Everyone working there are a very friendly people and so are the horses and the ponies. Great experience that we shall repeat in the future when we are towards that side of Victoria. Thank you and All the best guys 👍👍
