We stayed as a couple at Solplay Apartments in the main because of its proximity to NOS Alive.
Rooms are clean and relatively quiet, and the swimming pool area is great. It does help if you like Euro Techno though, as there is a resident DJ pool-side for much of the time.
The hotel was an easy Uber from NOS Alive, but don't look at Google Maps and expect to be able to walk - it's at the top of a hill with winding roads up.
We'd stay again for visiting the festival, but if you're looking for a hotel in Lisbon there are many better options.
