Expecting authentic french boulangerie taste, we tried cheesecake, croissant and creme brulee. The taste had been excellent and we truly enjoyed our afternoon coffee. Hope to soon try their mains next time.
Service and ambience were friendly and fast. Prices however would be a bit steep for locals as a pastry could go about $5 a piece.

There is a sense of thrift that is out of place here as it seems difficult to get simple things done. Sweeteners are given packet by packet, requests for splitting a large coffee takes maximum effort, things like that. Butter requests receive raised eyebrows WTH.

For the price l cannot say the service commensurates.

Our group decided to take dessert and drinks after lunch and Paul Boulangerie was a very good place. The staff though wanted to put us in a place which was warm. We wanted to stay in the middle. When we threatened to leave, did they move the tables and chairs in the middle of the room so we could be comfortable. Good thing the pastries were delicious and the drinks too. The pastries reminded me of Paris. The service though was slow.

A nice place to relax after shopping. A reliable food quality, with presentation. Paul Bakery is so much more than a bakery. Of course we loved the french bread served before and with our meal. Where else can you get that in Manila? Our group had a variety of entrees, ranging from soup, to sandwiches, salad and a chicken dinner.
We were able to get right in. The service is 'average', and they only have one Comfort Room. I agree with a prior reviewer, that their air-con is not sufficient. In fact, someone in our group suggested that it would be cooler out in the open mall.

Paul's could easily be a 4-5 Star with better trained servers, more generous 'complimentary' bread, water and air-con improvements.
