An excellent little scantury to get away from the hustle & bustle, it's got everything you need and more and is very cosy and comfortable. We had a lovely Easter break, we walked around the surrounding area which is stunning and it made even better to have the lovey sunny weather. We sampled the local fish & chips they came recommend and didn't dissapoint, we also ate at the Italian in the next village, excellent food and very resonably priced. We didn't manage to eat at the Black Bull as it was fully booked so my advice is to make sure you book in advance.

My husband booked the cottage for my birthday, what a lovely cosy feel. A romantic cottage for two set in a lovely village. We visited the local pizza shop one night and it was nice. We managed to book a table at The Black Bull which was lovely food and a warm welcoming atmosphere, I would recommend it! We even saw the Polar Express from the window pulling into the local station.
The cottage had everything we need and more with nice touches especially the Welcome Pack. We walked from the door up into the Dales to the famous Elephant Trees.
A great cottage and we will visit again!
