We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dunescape. This lovely property was well equipped, to a very high standard. We loved the house full of books and magazines, the ping pong table and Netflix in the evening!! The balconies overlook a lovely little communal garden which was safe enough for the children to play in while we sat on the balcony with a glass of wine. The property has everything you could need for a beach trip so you dont really need to take anything other than your beach towels!! Parking is secure - directly outside of the property, we are a bit fussy about this and a visitors space just round the corner. Lovely places to eat in every direction just a few minutes walk away, including a cafe for breakfast, takeaway fish and chips or pub for dinner.......and the fabulous beach just a short trip over the fabulous dunes. We will definitely come back Thank you Sarah, James & Lew.
We've been bringing our kids to Camber for the last five years and have stayed in lots of different cottages and houses. Dunescape is definitely the best place we've stayed. It's really well thought out and has everything you would need including wifi and a decent TV! The beds are comfy and it was a quiet location. You can see the sand dunes from the balcony and the Rye Bay Cafe became our second home... So nice to be able to just walk 5 minutes to have dinner it be on the beach.
We had a lovely holiday at Dunescape with 3 young children. Beautifully furnished and perfectly situated, the kids had a great time romping in the garden and making friends with the other kids either living or holidaying on the square. We found the walk over the nearby dune onto the beach rather steep (especially if you're carrying little ones) but it was such a short walk to the beach round the back of the dunes it didn't matter at all. All the amenities you would need for a family holiday - the high chair and stair gate came in very useful, thank you, and the washing machine and tumble dryer were a godsend as well as having a large utility area to park sandy buggies and hang wetsuits. Just needed the weather to be a little less windy!!

I'm one of the two support staff who accompanied laila to Dunescape 11/07 to 15/07. The house is lovely, so close to the beach. Our only criticisms are, the third bedroom is actually located in the cellar adjoining the garage. It contains a sofa bed (not very comfy) and a small single bed. No bathroom down there, so you have to cross through the garage and enter the main part of the house, climb two sets of stairs if you need the loo. The second bedroom is clearly a children's room and not too inviting for an adult, small single bed, a day bed with pull out third bed. The master bedroom is beautiful though but created friction as everyone wanted it and no one wanted to sleep next to a garage. Having said that, we enjoyed our stay, the kitchen is very well appointed.
